RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Arvika always strives to offer quality products to its customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund. For damaged or defective products, please refer to our warranty.
Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased on www.arvikabikeracks.com.
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in new condition, with packing slip, in original packaging and with all accessories included. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Your credit card will be credited with the invoice price. Please allow 3-5 business days for our warehouse to process your returned package(s) upon arrival, and an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your card.
Keys, locks and spare parts are not eligible for our return guarantee. If you have any further questions, please contact us directly.
For items not purchased on www.arvikabikeracks.com, please contact the retailer directly for their return policy and procedure.
Collection and use of your personal data
Personal data is collected when you use our Service. We may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information that may be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to: E-mail address, First and last name, Telephone number, Address, State, Province, Zip code, City and/or Usage data.

Arvika Inc. will also retain usage data for internal analysis purposes. Usage data is generally retained for a shorter period, unless such data is used to enhance the security or improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obliged to retain such data for longer periods.

You have the right to delete or request that we assist you in deleting the personal data we have collected about you. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of any personal information you have provided to us. Please note, however, that we may need to retain certain information where we have a legal obligation or legitimate basis to do so.
How to contact us
ARVIKA LIMITED WARRANTY
Arvika offers a warranty limited to the period of original ownership. Original purchase receipts must accompany all warranty claims.
Arvika warrants its products against defects in workmanship and materials. However, the Arvika warranty does not cover conditions beyond Arvika's control. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive loading, improper assembly, improper installation, theft, or any use not in accordance with the user's guide or other instructions provided by Arvika for the product. The Arvika warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, fabric tears, cosmetic oxidation, accidents or damage due to unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Arvika reserves the right to request claim information from the product owner, including, but not limited to, photos of the product, vehicle and mounted equipment. Upon approval of a warranty claim, Arvika will replace the products or parts with the same model or a comparable substitute within a reasonable period of time. In some cases, Arvika may elect to offer the owner a refund or credit up to the original purchase price of the product in lieu of repair or replacement.
This warranty is not transferable and is subject to limitations and exclusions. No product may be returned to Arvika without prior authorization from Arvika personnel.
Limitation of liability
This warranty covers only the repair, replacement or refund of the covered Arvika product and is the original purchaser's sole remedy under this warranty. Damage to the vehicle or other property is not covered by this warranty. Bodily injury is not covered by this warranty. The limitation or exclusion of incidental damages is not allowed in all states, so the above limitations may not apply. Arvika disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Implied warranties are excluded only after the end of the limited warranty period.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Some orders will be shipped in multiple boxes, and each box will have its own tracking number.
Shipping rates and times
Arvika offers free standard ground shipping on orders of $300 or more within Canada and the United States. Ground shipping charges for orders under $300 will be calculated at checkout.
Due to shipping delays across the country, please allow up to 7 days for your order to be shipped. Federal holidays are excluded. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Delivery to extended areas
Any additional shipping charges applicable to orders eligible for delivery to extended areas will be calculated at checkout.
