SHIPPING

IMPORTANT // Shipping to the United States
Due to current U.S.–Canada tariffs, delivery times for U.S. orders may be longer than usual. Most orders take up to 3 weeks to arrive at our U.S. facility before being shipped out to customers. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to contact us.

Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Some orders will be shipped in multiple boxes, and each box will have its own tracking number.

Rates and delivery times
Arvika offers free standard ground shipping on orders of $500 or more within Canada and the United States. Ground shipping charges for orders under $500 will be calculated at checkout. It usually takes less than 5 days to ship an order from Canada to the United States. However, due to shipping delays across the country, your order may take up to 7 days to ship. Federal holidays are excluded. No delivery to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery in extended areas
Any additional shipping charges applicable to orders eligible for delivery in extended areas will be calculated at the time the order is placed.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Arvika always strives to offer quality products to its customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund. For damaged or defective products, please refer to our warranty.

Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased on www.arvikabikeracks.com.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in new condition, with packing slip, in original packaging and with all accessories included. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Before sending a return package, you must send us photos of the merchandise and the packaging at info@wearervk.com.

Your credit card will be credited with the invoiced price. Please allow 3-5 business days for our warehouse to process your returned package(s) upon arrival and an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your card.

Keys, locks and spare parts are not eligible for our return guarantee. If you have any further questions, please contact us directly.
