IS THERE AN INSTALLATION MANUAL WITH THE BIKE RACK?
Yes, your order will come with a manual. Explanatory and instructional videos will be released soon!
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF THE ARVIKA BIKE RACKS?
With the addition of our BR-AF, the maximum capacity of our bike rack is 200 lbs. Our bike rack can easily support 2 eBikes.
DO YOU SHIP TO THE U.S.?
We ship anywhere in Canada and the United States. Exceptions may apply for some remote areas.
CAN I ATTACH A COVER TO MY BIKES USING YOUR AIRSTREAM BIKE RACK?
The use of a protective cover for bicycles is strongly discouraged with our Airstream bike racks. The cover does not allow air to escape, resulting in excessive pressure on the rack due to the combination of road travel and wind, which can cause breakage and potentially a traffic incident. Our warranty does not cover breakage caused by a protective cover.
