Due to current U.S.–Canada tariffs, delivery times for U.S. orders may be longer than usual. U.S. orders are first transferred to our U.S. distribution facility. This process may take up to 3 weeks due to current cross-border tariffs and logistics delays. Once your order reaches the U.S. facility, it will typically ship to the final destination within 5 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Some orders may be shipped in multiple boxes. In this case, each box will have its own tracking number.

Processing and Transit Times
Orders typically ship from Canada to the United States within 5 business days. However, due to shipping delays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Federal holidays are excluded.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Extended Delivery Areas
Additional shipping charges may apply for extended delivery areas. Any applicable fees will be calculated at the time the order is placed.

Packages may arrive on different days depending on carrier routing.
