RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Arvika always strives to offer quality products to its customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund. For damaged or defective products, please refer to our warranty.
Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased on www.arvikabikeracks.com.
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in new condition, with packing slip, in original packaging and with all accessories included. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Before sending a return package, you must send us photos of the merchandise and the packaging at info@wearervk.com.
Your credit card will be credited with the invoiced price. Please allow 3-5 business days for our warehouse to process your returned package(s) upon arrival and an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your card.
Keys, locks and spare parts are not eligible for our return guarantee. If you have any further questions, please contact us directly.
